TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.All items sold here are pre order item.
( client order & pay first,then i will submit order to supplier)

2.Items are non refundable or exchangeable after being sold.

3. Xtremely for serious buyers only and no backouts. Backouts will be blacklisted.

4.If the item(s) that has been pe-ordered was out of stock,you may choose to 100% refund, or change item.

5.We are not responsible for any loss of items or damage during delivery (but pls be assured that before delivery, all items will be packed nicely).

6.We will be using PosLaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within
* Peninsular Malaysia : RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g

(use pos ekpress envelope)-for small perfume

*Sabah/Sarawak : RM8 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g

7.. Please allow :2-4 days for delivery(for READY STOCK items).10-15 days for delivery(for PRE-ORDER items)unless stated otherwise.
